Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is formed by the work package leaders and chaired by Mr. El Miloudi El Koursi from INRETS (F) for the first two years period. It will meet at least every four months to monitor cost, performance and schedule related progress of the Work packages, whereas the work package leaders provide the necessary input for cost, performance and Schedule reporting and controlling to the executive committee.
The chairman will be closely integrated in the coordinators activities (by monthly EURNEX Coordination meetings) with responsibility for:
- quality check of WP related reporting to be delivered to the EC.
- evaluation and preparation of WP relevant information needed for the preparation of meetings with the Council, the Advisory and Scientific Boards and the Commission
- preparation of periodical reports contractually required by the EC
- alerting the Coordinator in case of deficiencies or delays in the implementation of JPA activities or in case of defaults of any participant or member with respect to its participation in the JPA
- preparation of the basic arguments, rationale and conclusions for the definition of poles & platforms for Council decision
- provisions to monitor execution of gender equality, ethnics, IPR and exploitation activities, knowledge management and dissemination
Meetings of the Executive Committee shall take place at least every four months or upon request by any of its members.
